Sympal Cottage has 3 bedrooms, one is a master bedroom on the ground f loor, two of them are twin bedrooms on the first floor. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, bath, wash basin and shower found on the first floor near to the 2 bedrooms.
The main lounge or sitting room has comfortable sofas, surrounding a fireplace, there is a TV with Satellite channels, DVD Player and a hi-fi system. The dining room is together with the kitchen and is of considerable size, complete with a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, cooker, toaster, a fridge and freezer unit you will not miss the anything in this kitchen.
The front of the house has been gravel laid and there is room for several cars to park, the rear of the house is the garden. Large grassy area in a secluded part of the cottage gives it complete privacy.
Pets are welcome at this cottage, we do ask you respect the area and clean up after yourself and your pets. Dogs are especially welcome as there are lots of places to walk that are excellent for dogs.
Invercauld Road is where you will find the cottage, just a few minutes down the road and you are in Ballater. This is a quiet village and has local shops and facilities available for your convenience.
The cottage is situated in Invercauld Road which, whilst being very close to the centre of the village is a very quiet road, except that is when the Royal Guard is in residence at the barracks further up the road and you get the occasional treat of a fully kitted out and uniformed military pipe band marching past. You really know you're in Scotland then
Garden furniture is available for both relaxing and for a barbeque, also the property is a no smoking zone.
